About us

We were established in April 2021 after the realisation of how COVID had change the way we look at public gyms and interactions around training in a place where there are many people using its service on a day to day basis. We are offering a more private and stress free space for people to work out in.


Our private training sessions offer a space for 1 to 2 people to train at a time, giving the freedom to relax, and enjoy your session without any interruptions or negative thoughts passing through your mind.


Each session is lead by a personal trainer that will be watching your form and technique, as well as guide you through the session for the day.


We offer training for all types of fitness levels, from beginners to intermediate and even people that seem to have hit a plato and just need that extra nudge to break through into that next step.


Our sessions vary from week to week, with us keeping the core fundamental movements of your body in the workout, yet still spicing it up with more difficult or easier variation of the basic fundamental movements.

I have been training with Travis for just over a year. Apart from life lessons i have learnt from Travis in respecting my body and health, the penny surely dropped. I have not exercised for 30 years, i would always try get started every Monday...until my trainer Travis entered my life. From the very first session i trained with him, i felt his energy and loved it. Travis inspired me to give my best! I have been training with him for 4 months now - 3 times a week. I am 56 years old and because of Trav i am dedicated to train every time we have a scheduled session, i will not cancel! He prepares everything so professionally and always arrives at my house on time. I thank you for this! I cannot imagine my life without exercise. I have multiple sclerosis and due to the training i can feel how i am getting stronger and fitter just through doing my everyday life activities and work. My day-to-day life is becoming easier. Having said all of this...Travis is the reason why i enjoy training so much. He is kind, humble, and an inspiring person, quite strict, but in a caring way...which makes me want to give it my all. He comes prepared and that impresses me the most. he works out what i can and can't do, then slowly focus on those factors to get me doing it better and correctly. I now have no excuses anymore when it comes to the time i have to train, as this convenience and accountability from both me and my trainer keep me consistent and looking forward to my early morning starts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Honestly OTP Fitness was my transformation. As someone who was consistent and comfortable in my gym routine,I was unfit and stagnant in achieving my goals. I would sometimes train up to 2 hours per session by myself and yet, my progress was linear. It took just my assessment with Travis to realise that not only were some of my techniques incorrect but that i wasn't building any stamina. Seeing myself grow from strength to strength is honestly such a fulfilling feeling. Travis, thank you for never letting me take my body for granted!

Yolanda & The Toy Family

Each new year we set personal and career goals for ourselves. In 2022, family fitness goals were set with the clear intention for improving fitness levels and health choices. After searching the internet for suitable options, we were blessed to be connected with Travis Klein who makes it his prime focus to ensure that my family and I are well on track in exceeding our goals. It’s not an easy task to get 3 boys aged 9 to 14 to choose strength training and burpees over video games, yet Travis successfully pulled this off. My boys are fully engaged and have loads of fun training with their parents. There are number of benefits of selecting Travis as your personal trainer but the biggest benefit for me as a working mom of 3, is the convenience. Travis travels to our home twice a week with all the necessary gym equipment. All we need is a dedicated section, floor mats and good music. This convenience eliminated the “ I’m too tired to go the gym or its too cold to go to the gym excuses…”. Travis’ workout sessions are a combination of strength, HIITS and some cardio. He prepares a varied daily routine to keep the fun and energy going. If you ready to improve or maintain your fitness levels and health, I highly recommend that you take Travis on this journey with you!

I have been working out with Travis for the last three weeks and it has been the best for me. He has pushed me when i needed to be pushed, motivated me and has made me into stronger and more confident with what my body can do. The workouts he provides are there to help anyone on any level.
